The Daytime Emmy Awards are still taking place on Friday, June 26, but as it’s a virtual ceremony with everyone staying in their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no red carpet where the stars can show off their stunning ensembles.
So since we’re missing out on the fashion show this year, we thought we’d gather up photos of some recent Emmy red carpet looks worn by stars from THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, GENERAL HOSPITAL, and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS and have you pick your favorites. And now the results are in!
Scroll through the gallery below to see which Daytime Emmys look you selected as your favorite for each star!
-
Laura Wright (Carly, GH)
Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images; John Sciulli/Getty Images for NATAS; Tommaso Boddi/WireImage; Steven Bergman; Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images Although the flowy green dress from 2018 did well and the black number with the plunging neckline the actress wore in 2019 came in as the runner up, there was a very clear winner...
-
-
The Winner:
Tommaso Boddi/WireImage This gown that Wright wore to the 2017 Daytime Emmys with the black bodice and blue floral print mermaid hem skirt earned more than 40% of the votes to emerge as the clear victor.
-
Sharon Case (Sharon, Y&R)
Frank Trapper/Corbis via Getty Images; Frazer Harrison/Getty Images; Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic; Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images for NATAS; David Livingston/Getty Images It seems you don't like Sharon to shimmer as the short gold dress and the long black one-shoulder number were at the bottom of the pack. But while you did like her in red, that still only came in second place.
-
The Winner:
Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images for NATAS Earning twice as many votes as the second place gown, this gorgeously detailed strapless dress with the black lace overlay emerged as the clear favorite. And for good reason, because Case looks absolutely stunning in it!
-
Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke, B&B)
Michael Tran/FilmMagic; David Livingston/Getty Images; Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com; David Livingston/Getty Images; Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images This choice wasn't even close! The other four dresses couldn't hold a candle to your clear favorite...
-
The Winner:
Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com This stunning black and white curve-hugging gown with the sequin stripe down the middle was the overwhelming winner pulling in over 60% of the votes compared to the other looks.
-
Maura West (Ava, GH)
Jason Merritt/FilmMagic; Charley Gallay/Getty Images; Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images; David Livingston/Getty Images; Steven Bergman The top three picks here were a relatively close race, but while that amazing white pantsuit put up a good fight, it couldn't win against elegant simplicity...
-
The Winner:
Charley Gallay/Getty Images With 37% of the votes, this simple cream-colored gown with a flattering updo emerged as your favorite. (Fun Fact: West won Outstanding Lead Actress for her work on AS THE WORLD TURNS this year!)
-
Eileen Davidson (Ashley, Y&R)
Lisa Rose/jpistudios.com; Greg DeGuire/WireImage; Jason Kempin/Getty Images; Gregg DeGuire/WireImage; Phillip Faraone/WireImage For some reason, not too many were fans of that glittery black strapless number with the train. But when it came to the winner, there were two looks here that were basically neck and neck right up to the end...
-
The Winner:
Jason Kempin/Getty Images The metallic blue gray gown with the scalloped pattern Davidson wore in 2018 was a very close second with 28% of the vote, but this nearly-sheer gold sequin gown from 2014 edged it out with 30% to become the winner!
-
Deidre Hall (Marlena, DAYS)
Michael Loccisano/FilmMagic; Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic; Michael Tran/FilmMagic; Gregg DeGuire/WireImage; Phillip Faraone/WireImage Apparently, you don't think suits are dressy enough for the Daytime Emmys, with the 2014 one earning the least votes of all of these.
-
The Winner:
Gregg DeGuire/WireImage While the strapless blue dress from 2012 came in second, it had only half the votes of this winning look with its asymmetrical bodice and beautifully draped skirt. Gorgeous!
-
Heather Tom (Katie, B&B)
Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic; Earl Gibson III/Getty Images; Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com; Michael Tran/FilmMagic; Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images With Tom's looks, it became a battle between color and flash, but the winner left all other contenders in the dust...
-
The Winner:
Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic There was simply no contest with this gold sequin gown from the 2013 ceremony running away with an overwhelming 71% of the votes!
-
Rebecca Herbst (Liz, GH)
Jean-Paul Aussenard/WireImage; Steven Bergman; Gregg Deguire/WireImage; Sean Smith/jpistudios.com; Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic There's a wide variety of looks among these five from short bubble dresses to long gowns, and although the green strapless one from 2012 put up a decent fight, there was one very clear victor in this contest...
-
The Winner:
Jean-Paul Aussenard/WireImage With almost 65% of the votes, this red strapless gown paired with a classic updo defeated all the others. And for good reason — Herbst looks absolutely stunning here!
-
Kristian Alfonso (Hope, DAYS)
Jason Merritt/WireImage; Allen Berezovsky/WireImage; Michael Tran/FilmMagic; Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com; Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images Again, suits just aren't working for you, but this race really came down to two very different looks that both suit this beautiful actress...
-
The Winner:
Jason Merritt/WireImage The pink and white dress from 2015 put up a good fight, earning 37% of your votes, but with 48%, the yellow gown with the delicate draping emerged as the victor!
-
Michelle Stafford (Phyllis, Y&R)
Alberto E. Rodriguez/WireImage; Steve Granitz/WireImage; David Livingston/Getty Images; Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage; David Livingston/Getty Images Among these five looks Stafford wore to different Emmy ceremonies, there was one very clear winner...
-
The Winner
David Livingston/Getty Images Although the red dress from 2016 with the unique cutouts on the side came in second, it was a distant second with this pale pink figure-hugging gown from 2018 earning twice as many votes!
-
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy, B&B)
John Sciulli/Getty Images for NATAS; Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage; Jill Johnson/jpistudios.com; Steven Bergman; Steven Bergman Apparently less is more when it comes to Emmy looks as the 2018 gown with the full skirt earned barely 6% of your votes. The middle of the pack was pretty much even, but there was a clear front-runner here...
-
The Winner:
Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage With 48% of your votes, this long, flowy number Wood wore to the 2016 ceremony with the shimmering fabric and plunging neckline was the big winner!
