Daytime Emmy Hosts and Gold and Silver Circle Honorees Announced!

With the 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards coming up on Friday, June 7, preparations for the big night are being made. The broadcast is scheduled, the nominees have been announced, and now we’ve got the hosts and the Gold and Silver Circle Honorees!

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced that once again, Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier and NIschelle Turner will be hosting the Daytime Emmys ceremony. The pair — who are nominated this year in the Outstanding Daytime Personality – Daily category — have hosted the award show since the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards.

In addition, NATAS announced the 2024 Gold and Silver Circle Honorees, recognizing people “who have made enduring contributions to daytime television.” This year, the 2024 Gold Circle Inductees include soap writer and creator Jerome Dobson, A Martinez (Cruz, Santa Barbara), and Suzanne Rogers (Maggie, Days of Our Lives).

The 2024 Silver Circle Inductees are Patricia Denney (former hair and makeup department head for The Young & The Restless), Kathleen Finch (Warner Brothers Discovery chairman and CEO, US Networks), Linda Grand (set master props for The Bold & The Beautiful), Janet Spellman-Drucker (co-executive producer of DAYS), Mark Teschner (casting director, General Hospital), and Rolonda Watts (talk show host, actress, and voiceover talent).

The 2024 Daytime Emmy Awards will air live on CBS on Friday, June 7, so be sure to tune in for the big show. And don’t forget to vote in our online poll for who you think should take home the gold on daytime’s biggest night!
