Judah Mackey Shares a Backstage Peek at His 100th Episode of Y&R!

Please join us in congratulating Judah Mackey on hitting a major milestone — the young actor has appeared in 100 episodes of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS! The Aug. 18 episode where Connor opened up about how much he hates school and is being bullied before attempting to run away from home was the one that hit the magic number, and following its airing, Mackey shared a peek backstage from that big day.

“Behind the scenes from my 100th episode on Y&R!” he enthused on social media. “I’ve learned and grown so much on this show. Grateful to work with such an amazing cast and crew and be part of the Y&R family.”

Naturally, the comments filled up with congratulatory messages from fans and friends, including some of his Y&R family. “Congrats!” cheered Mark Grossman (Adam), adding a thumbs-up emoji for good measure. And Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea) used an applause emoji to accentuate her “Congrats, Judah!” Even Connor Floyd (Chance) and Lily Brooks O’Briant (Lucy) joined in to praise his accomplishment.

Mackey joined the cast of Y&R in 2019 as the first young actor to play Connor Newman following a series of twins, and during his time on the soap has also moonlighted in movies like Darkness Falls and Deadcon as well as episodes of television series like THE MORNING SHOW, AMERICAN GIGOLO, and PERRY MASON.

Unfortunately, Connor’s move to a new school is the storyline twist that will usher Mackey’s TV mom Egan off the canvas for her maternity leave (she welcomed her second child in July!). But hopefully, mother and son will both be returning to Genoa City soon because fans deserve to see more of Mackey’s terrific performances on their screens!
