DAYS Star Billy Flynn and Wife Gina Comparetto Are Expecting Again!
Please join us in congratulating DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Billy Flynn (Chad) and his wife, Gina Comparetto, who are expecting their second child together! The couple broke the news in a special Halloween TikTok and photo gallery where they were dressed as Bill Murray and Cate Blanchett’s characters from the 2004 movie The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou.
The TikTok, which you can see below, features Flynn lip-synching to Murray’s dialogue as he says: “Where’d you come from? You look pregnant.” Then Comparetto, miming Blanchette, responds, “I am pregnant,” as she holds her baby bump. The two then exchange wordless glances as they size each other up. And as you can see in their Instagram gallery where they alternated with actual stills from the Wes Anderson film, their costumes are pretty accurate!
Flynn joined the cast of DAYS back in September 2014 when he took over the role of Chad DiMera from Casey Deidrick. Over his years on the soap, the actor has received three Daytime Emmy Award nominations in the Lead Actor category. He is currently nominated for the 2023 award, though due to the WGA strike, the Emmy ceremony has been postponed so the winners have not yet been announced.
Flynn and Comparetto were engaged on May 29, 2015, which was also the actor’s 30th birthday. The pair tied the knot on October 1, 2016, and in October 2021, as they celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary, announced that they were expecting their first child. The couple has kept their son off of social media completely, and will likely be equally as private with their new baby.
