Douglas may not be on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL very often these days but portrayer Henry Joseph Samiri is keeping plenty busy outside of daytime! The talented young performer can be seen in the first episode of the second tale in this season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY! The episode, “Take Me To Your Leader” premiered on Sept. 29 and can be streamed on Hulu!

“When I first started acting, I wasn’t allowed to do any ‘horror’ shows,” Samiri shared on Instagram. “But now that I’m eight and I’ve done enough jobs, I’m super excited to announce that I was lucky enough to be chosen for this season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY!

“It was super fun to see the filming of this show and to work with amazing directors, crew, and talent!” he continued. “Thank you to Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuck, Rebecca Dayan, and Max Winkler, who made my days working fun! Now get ready to be scared! Mwah-hahaha!”

This season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY is titled “Double Feature,” and tells two separate stories. The second of this season’s tales, titled “Death Valley,” involves aliens, and Samiri can be seen in the first episode playing little Timmy Wycoff. Dayan, who he mentioned, is the actress playing his mom, Maria, and Winkler directed the episode, penned by Murphy, Falchuck, and Kristen Reidel.

While still a cast member of B&B (Douglas appeared as recently as the Sept. 23 episode), Samiri has continued to book other projects to showcase his talents in a variety of roles. He’s already appeared in an episode of 9-1-1: LONE STAR and recently announced that he traveled to Chicago to shoot the pilot of a new Hitchcockian series for Freeform.

Congrats to Samiri on adding yet another impressive credit to his growing resumé, and don’t forget to check him out on AMERICAN HORROR STORY… if you dare!
