Adrienne Frantz Asks for Prayers for Her Family
A former member of the daytime community could use some good thoughts sent her way. Soap-hopper Adrienne Frantz (Tiffany, SUNSET BEACH; ex-Amber, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL/THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS; Sophie, DAYS OF OUR LIVES: BEYOND SALEM) revealed in a vulnerable Instagram post on Oct. 17 that several members of her immediate family are currently experiencing some major health issues.
Sharing a photo of her daughter, Amélie, her son, Lion, and her mom, Vicki, Frantz called upon her followers who believe in the power of prayer. “Prayers please!” the actress wrote. “[This] past week, my Amélie was in the hospital with a virus and super high temp, Dad was in ICU with stroke, [and] now my mom is in the hospital with sepsis! Please say prayers for her and that they can figure this out!”
Immediately, Frantz’s friends and followers rallied in support, sharing get-well wishes and spiritual messages for Amélie and the former soap star’s parents. Even Frantz’s former Y&R colleague, Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) replied that she was “sending big prayers to you and your family.”
This isn’t the first time that Frantz — who is married to fellow soap alum Scott Bailey (Sandy, GUIDING LIGHT; Miles, BEYOND SALEM) — has reached out to her social media family for support and encouragement. Last May, when the Baileys’ third child, Killian, was just 11 weeks old, the actress spent a few harrowing days with her newborn in the emergency department of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles when he spiked a dangerously high fever. She shared a few updates about Killian’s condition, including that test results showed a “super-high white blood count,” but never revealed the diagnosis. Thankfully, Killian seems to be on the mend because Frantz shared in a July update that “he was sick for a long time but is doing so much better now.”
