Y&R Alum Michael Graziadei Welcomes Twins!

The stork visited THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS alum Michael Graziadei (ex-Daniel) and his lady love, Lauren, late last month — and delivered two precious bundles of joy! The longtime couple are now the proud parents of twin sons, Oliver and Arlo!

“On Wednesday, Aug. 25, these two little monsters were brought into this world with the strength of my queen and the skill and care of our incredible doctor and her team,” the Y&R alum wrote in a heartfelt Instagram post announcing the arrival of his sons, sharing photos of each newborn in a hospital bassinette, as well as an aww-worthy snapshot of Lauren holding one of the boys and Graziadei sweetly kissing her head.

But as with most multiples, the days after the boys’ births have been stressful for the new mom and dad. “Since their delivery, it has been a rollercoaster with both boys having to stay in the NICU,” continued Graziadei. “Huge shoutout to all the NICU parents out there, and to all the doctors and nurses that care for these babies to ensure they all go home happy and healthy. Without their vigilance, support, and love, this would be unbearable and impossible.

“So, without further ado,” the proud new dad concluded, “making their first Instagram appearance… I submit for your approval, Oliver Bear and Arlo Wilde.”

Graziadei and Lauren made their pregnancy announcement back in March, revealing that they were contributing to the pandemic baby boom. But the post wasn’t just any old regular pregnancy announcement declaring that they were starting a family. The hilarious announcement showed Graziadei in the forefront, holding a letter board declaring that the couple was expecting, with his thumb pointed back to Lauren as she hunched over the toilet. In the second photo, the mom and dad-to-be had changed positions, with Graziadei hovered over the commode while Lauren held up the sign, now reading that she was pregnant with twins!

Please join us in sending a heartfelt congratulations to Graziadei and Lauren on the births of their sons! We do hope that the boys are home, healthy and happy, very soon!
