At Society, Diane is surprised to recognize the woman sitting at a nearby table. “Talia Morgan, am I right?” she asks as she approaches. “The investigative reporter?” Sitting looking at her phone, Talia doesn’t look up right away. “That depends,” she starts, her voice trailing off as she looks up to see Diane, the woman she’s meant to be investigating. “Who wants… to… know?”

The guilt over causing Ashland’s death is still eating Nick up inside and he’s still not comfortable with the way the Newmans keep circling the wagons around him. “I don’t need protecting,” he insists to Victoria. “Okay? That’s what got us here in the first place. All this talk about protecting me… it’s making me start to understand Adam.” And then he stalks off before Victoria can say anything else!

Feeling awkward after she tried kissing Billy and was rebuffed, Chelsea runs into Adam in the park and can see that he’s also in an emotional state. “Alright, let’s just come clean,” she declares. “Who wants to go first?” But will Adam open up to his ex about his plans for revenge against the Newman family? Or might she be able to talk him down before he does something he’ll regret? Could this chance meeting reignite some old sparks between these two?
