Happiness is elusive in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Lily has a counter-offer for Nate, Chase thanks Devon for doing what he couldn’t, and Phyllis fills Traci in on Jack’s mysterious messages. Could Keemo really be behind them?

Nate has been considering Ashland’s job offer to come work for him, but when he shares that news with Lily, she has a proposition of her own. “If you are thinking of making this change, I would love to offer an alternative,” she suggests. “Why don’t you come work with me at Chancellor?” Will Nate choose Newman-Locke or Chancellor? Or will he just decide to stay at the hospital?

Chance has been in a difficult headspace since returning to Genoa City, and the situation with Dominic hasn’t helped at all. First, he agreed to allow Devon to have partial custody of the boy and now Devon has also stepped up to donate the bone marrow to save the infant’s life. “You did it again,” Chance sighs. Confused, Devon asks, “What did I do?” Chance frowns and admits: “Saved Dominic when I couldn’t.” Can Chance get his head together and be a real father for his son?

At the Grand Phoenix, Phyllis tells Traci all about what’s going on with her brother. “Somebody has been sending Jack cryptic messages,” she explains, “trying to get him to come to Los Angeles.” When Traci asks if they know who’s behind them, Phyllis admits that her digging gave them a name but it’s only a start. “We’re not really sure,” the redhead says, “but we’re starting to think that Keemo might have something to do with it.” Traci looks at Jack, stunned.
