Y&R Alum Mishael Morgan Teases Her New Role!

Tags:

If it seemed as though Mishael Morgan’s return to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS for the soap’s 50th anniversary back in March was all-too-brief, you will hopefully get a chance to see Amanda’s portrayer again in another project very soon! The actress announced that she recently finished work on a new role!

“And that’s a wrap on Fabienne Lark!” Morgan cheered on Instagram of her latest character, sharing a carousel of photos from her time on the unnamed film. “I can’t wait to share more about this project with you.”

In the first photo, as seen below, Morgan is seen wearing a gray business suit, with the name “Fabienne Lark, Junior Associate” engraved on the glass office door behind her — presumably indicating that she is once again playing a smart businesswoman or lawyer like her former Y&R character! The other images the actress shared were of her co-stars Andrea Lewis, Katerina Maria, and director Erskine Forde of indever films (pronounced “endeavor”). “I was so blessed to work with these beautiful souls,” Morgan confessed. “All so talented and dedicated. Thanks for helping me bring this story to life!”

Some sleuthing on Forde’s Instagram account revealed that the director just concluded principal photography on a film called Dress For Success. “Last night, we picture wrapped Dress For Success, my first full-length film,” he posted on July 25. “Can’t wait to start editing.”

According to production company Neshama Entertainment, on-camera work for the film began on July 5 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Considering that Neshama Entertainment is the company behind the Hallmark Channel original series THE WAY HOME, perhaps we will get to see Morgan as Fabienne Lark on the Hallmark Channel one day in the future!
