Yes, That’s Robin Givens as Doctor Phillips on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL!
No, your eyes are not deceiving you — that’s actress Robin Givens appearing as Dr. Phillips on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL! Currently recurring as Mayor Sierra McCoy on the CW primetime drama RIVERDALE, Givens was hired to appear in a few episodes back in February and continued to make sporadic appearances every time Steffy visited the doctor for a checkup. And now with Hope also expecting her own bundle of joy, she’s back to work again!

When Givens was first cast as Steffy’s obstetrician, some fans worried that there could be complications with this miracle pregnancy, considering that Steffy wasn’t supposed to be able to get pregnant anymore, but thankfully that was not the case. And when Steffy had to give birth earlier than anticipated, the doc was there to deliver the baby safely and save little Kelly’s life. Hopefully, now that Liam is having another baby with Hope, this pregnancy will also go just as smoothly and Dr. Phillips will only have to appear for the occasional checkup and then again to deliver a healthy baby boy or girl!
Givens first hit it big on the ABC sitcom HEAD OF THE CLASS in 1986 and has also appeared in shows like THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR, 90210, and ONCE UPON A TIME. On the big screen, the actress has been in films such as Boomerang and A Rage in Harlem.
This isn’t the first time that B&B has tapped a famous celeb for a cameo or short-term role. Just last year, Gilles Marini played a doctor and HAPPY DAYS star Don Most appeared as a handyman who tried to help Spectra Fashions with some electrical problems!
