Kelly Sullivan (ex-Sage, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) has an exciting new role!
Deadline is reporting that the fan-favorite actress will be starring in TLC’s first scripted drama series, TOO CLOSE TO HOME, written, directed, and produced by Tyler Perry. Production is already underway, and the series is scheduled to premiere later this summer.
“So excited for you to see this!” Sullivan gushed on Twitter.
The series centers around a young woman played by Danielle Savre (HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS) who tried to escape her working-class upbringing in Alabama to start fresh in Washington, D.C., but after a political scandal is forced to return home to face her past.
Heather Locklear will also appear on the series in a guest-starring capacity.
