Michelle Stafford Has a “Super Cool” New Project Coming!

Tags:

Could Michelle Stafford be adding “student” to her bio? The Daytime Emmy winner already runs a successful skincare company, Skin Nation, and is a busy mom of two, shuttling around her daughter, Natalia, and son, Jameson, while juggling her duties playing Phyllis on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS. But in a new Instagram post, the actress teased that she has a new project in the works that is going to require a lot of studying!

In the post, Stafford is lying on the grass wearing a black tank top and holding a head of red-leaf lettuce next to her head. “Today was the first day of a super cool project,” the Y&R star happily shared, adding that the mission is a work in progress. “It’s gonna take a while… it’s gonna take some work. All great things take work.”

Although Stafford didn’t divulge many details about what she was planning, she did reveal that it has something to do with the leafy green vegetable in her hand. “Yes, that is lettuce next to me. It’s a hint,” she teased. “Nutrition and wellness [have] become a new passion of mine. Starting from not being too ‘well’ in my past and seeing others around me not being ‘well’ recently.”

Going through some of her own struggles and seeing those around her grappling as well seemed to have inspired the soap actress to learn more about overall health and wellness. “In these last couple of years, I have done a lot of studying on the subject of health and changing your health trajectory,” continued Stafford. “I think a person can. Can change their trajectory.”

Stafford, who also played GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Nina in between her runs on Y&R, added that a person’s age shouldn’t be a factor when it comes to their physical wellness. “It doesn’t have to be over at 40 or 50 or 60. Can you really change it around? I am willing to find out,” she promised her followers. “And when I do, I’m gonna bring it to you! I’m so excited to let you all in on everything I learn.”

But first, Stafford has to hit the books and study up! “Back to school for me!” she concluded her post, ending her post with the apple and stack of books emojis.

While it wasn’t clear if Stafford has enrolled in some kind of formal education on this super important topic or is doing her own research, we wish her lots of luck on this exciting new venture and can’t wait for her to share what she learns!
