Stafford’s Playing With Friends!
Michelle Stafford (ex-Phyllis, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) has big news to share. The season finale of THE STAFFORD PROJECT — the hilarious Web series that she executive produces, writes and stars in — will be super-sized! “Episode 10 is a loftier production,” she reveals. “It’s gonna be much longer, maybe 15 or 20 minutes. It’s a big party, and we’re gonna have quite a few great people from daytime in it. But I’m not gonna say who they are!”
The popular series is about an ex-soap star appearing on a reality TV series while juggling her own roles as both a mother and “a single chick.” Sound familiar? “Every episode is based on something that has actually happened to me,” Stafford admits with a laugh. “But we are really writing for the everywoman.”
Tune in for the laughs when the episode premieres this weekend. “It’s a Christmas show!” she enthuses. Then, come back in the New Year for a series of behind-the-scenes specials that are sure to be every bit as hilarious.
