Ashley is growing tired of Jack’s continued attempts to wrest control of Fenmore’s from Lauren. “Would you please just shred that contract, Jack, and move on?” she asks angrily. But the businessman will not be persuaded, declaring, “When I want something, I fight for it.” Meanwhile, at the Top of the Tower, Lauren is delighted when she hears someone behind her ask, “Is this seat taken?” and she turns to find her old friend, Eric Forrester! The pair share a warm embrace and she invites him to sit. Can he help Lauren find a way to save her company from Jack’s clutches?

Dylan may be back in Genoa City, but he is far from safe with Fisk’s men still on the loose. With his life still in grave danger, the cop’s only option is to leave town and disappear forever. Nikki is immediately concerned when Sharon stops by with news of her son. “What about him?” she asks. “What’s happened?” Sharon tries to contain her emotions as she replies, “He’s at the house. He needs to see you right away.” After only just recently connecting with her son, will Nikki be willing to let him go so easily?
