DAYS OF OUR LIVES Spoilers: Is Eli Going to Die?

An angry confrontation has deadly consequences in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers! As Eli’s life hangs in the balance, his family and friends gather around to pray for his recovery. Will he pull through?

With Lani seemingly willing to give reconnecting with her father a chance, Eli set out to learn everything he could about TR Coates. However, it seems that what he learns after contacting the ISA leads to an angry confrontation with the guy in the park! “Get your hands off me!” TR growls. And getting all up in his face, Eli accuses: “Is that what you told Beth and Paulina before you beat them?”

But after TR pulls a gun and the two men struggle over the weapon, it’s Eli who wounds up lying on the ground, shot in the head! As Shawn calls for backup, Lani immediately begins chest compressions and is by her husband’s side as he is rushed off to the hospital in an ambulance. “Stay with me,” she begs.

Eli’s family and friends convene at the hospital and even Valerie returns to be at her son’s side. “I had nothing to do with it,” TR insists. And things take a turn for the worse as Eli suddenly goes into convulsions in his hospital bed! “What is wrong with him?” Lani cries. Then, when Eli’s condition has stabilized, Valerie sits by his bed praying for him to wake up. “Please, Eli,” she whispers, caressing her son’s cheek, “come back to me.”
