See How the Soap Stars Enjoyed the Solar Eclipse!

On April 8, a total solar eclipse crossed North America, passing over Mexico, the United States, and Canada from the southwest to the northeast. Millions of people across the affected area came together to enjoy the rare occasion and watch — with special glasses — as the moon covered the son. And that included some of the stars from THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, GENERAL HOSPITAL, and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS!

Soap hopper Ashley Jones (ex-Bridget, B&B; ex-Parker, GH; ex-Megan, Y&R) admitted “I was knee-deep in taxes and a face mask but took Hayden outside!” And as you can see in her Instagram video, she and her eight-year-old son enjoyed the rare celestial event!

The next total solar eclipse that will be visible from the United States won’t occur for two decades (mark your calendars for Aug. 23, 2044!) so everyone made sure to enjoy this very special event this year.
