Check Out Steve Burton’s Wild New Look!
Soap fans are pretty used to seeing Steve Burton wearing black T-shirts and leather jackets as both Harris on DAYS OF OUR LIVES and Jason on GENERAL HOSPITAL. But the popular actor showed off a whole new look alongside his nine-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, in a wild pic posted to the Stone Cold and the Jackal Instagram he shares with pal and GH co-star Bradford Anderson (Spinelli).
“Weekend fun for Dad, too!” the caption read. “Hope you had as much fun as we did!” The hashtags included “sundayfunday” and “familytime.” Brooklyn went with a fully pink ensemble with her “love more” T-shirt, fur-trimmed cowboy hat, fingerless gloves, and heart-shaped sunglasses. Her dad showed off a cooler look with his blue shades with zebra-striped lenses and his tropical black shirt emblazoned with palm trees, flamingos, drinks, and suns.
Burton has had plenty of awesome Daddy/Daughter dates with his youngest daughter in the past, including a retro roller-skating party and a lovely Daddy Daughter Dance. While the post gave no details as to why these two were dressed up like this, it’s entirely likely it was another father/daughter event with a super fun theme. Although it would be extra hilarious to think they just got dressed like this to go to lunch!
Brooklyn is the youngest of the three children that Burton shares with his ex-wife, Sheree Gustin, which also includes Makena (20) and Jack (17). Although the actor announced his separation from Gustin back in May 2022 and finalized their divorce in December 2023, he’s still very much an active father in his children’s lives.
Burton also has plenty of experience with wildly colorful fashions, given that he started his acting career in the ‘80s (although these items appear to be newly bought). In fact, he couldn’t stop laughing at his own hair and wardrobe when he re-watched his guest appearance on an episode of WHO’S THE BOSS for a YouTube video!
