General Hospital Spoilers 9/8/23: Trapped!

Prepare for tense confrontations in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Things are going okay for “Eddie,” but Dex is overwhelmed with guilt, Portia stops Anna in her tracks, Curtis expresses his frustration, Ava offers some tough love, and Dr. Montague interrupts Cody and Sasha’s escape attempt! Olivia would love nothing more than to have Ned back, but she’s gradually softening towards “Eddie Maine.” And he’s also trying to meet in the middle as he takes her and Leo to a music studio. “Are you ready to go make some music?” “Eddie” asks the kid. Excited, Leo enthusiastically responds: “Yes!”

With Sonny under arrest, everyone is wondering who turned him in to the Feds. But Dex is blaming himself. “How could I be so careless when it came to Sonny’s freedom?” he complains to Josslyn. But is he just being dramatic or were his actions responsible for Sonny’s arrest… even indirectly?

GH Anna — Did Anna make a mistake checking on Curtis?ABC

When Anna swings by Curtis’ house, Portia steps outside to intercept the woman who was the target of the bullet that paralyzed her husband. “What made you think that it was a good idea to come?” the doctor asks, irritated. Meanwhile, inside, it seems as though Curtis is getting a little fed up with everyone trying to protect him all the time. “You guys gotta stop doing this,” he insists.

At the Metro Court bar, Ava tries to offer someone some advice. “I need you to face the reality,” she tells them. But is she offering tough love to her pal, Nina, or putting Austin in his place again?

Cody was ready to try and escape Ferncliff with Sasha, so naturally, that’s the exact moment that Dr. Montague returns and catches them together! “What the hell is going on in here?!” he demands to know. Having put the pieces together, Cody now knows the doctor is behind what’s happened to Sasha. “I can see exactly what’s going on,” he declares. But can he do anything to stop it?
