Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Had The Sweetest Family Outing!
There are endless things to do while vacationing in France… but we must admit, the activity that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy, The Bold & The Beautiful) shared with her family during their trip to the country was just un-bee-lievable! The actress and her clan visited a bee farm and, based on the photos she shared on social media, it looks like they had a buzzworthy good time collecting honey!
“Fam Bam Bee partyyyy,” the B&B star captioned a carousel of photos. In the pictures, Wood and her kids were dressed in sting-proof bee suits as they harvested honey from a bee colony. One image showed the actress giving a thumbs-up to the large honeycomb frames being pulled out of the hive enclosure. Another shot was a close-up of a bee colony on one of the frames, and yet another image was an adorable picture of one of her three sons peering at the box. Additional photos showed off a mason jar full of sweet honey extracted from the hive.
According to the French-American Cultural Foundation, honey is produced in all 22 regions of France. With the country’s moderate temperatures, bees make honey in the spring and early summer — so Wood and her brood were there during the peak honey-collecting season!
Wood and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, are the proud parents of four little boys: Rise, 5, Lenix, 3, Brando, 2, and baby Valor, who will celebrate his first birthday in August. When the actress announced that she was pregnant with her fourth child, she confided that having a big family was always the plan for her and her husband. “I’m technically an only child,” Wood said at the time. “I have a half-sister, but she’s 20 years older than me and my husband’s an only child. So, we are now diving into this big family, and it’s so cool. We never got that, so it’s really exciting.”
It sounds like Wood loves being the Queen Bee to her own little colony of honeybees!
