Thorsten Kaye Shares His Family’s Winter Plans (EXCLUSIVE)

When you’re as big a fan of ice hockey as Thorsten Kaye (Ridge, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL), you bring the rink home with you. Once the thermometer drops in early winter, the actor sets up a do-it-yourself skating rink in his yard in Connecticut, which brings a whole lot of fun to the neighborhood.

“We set it up every year,” he noted to Soaps In Depth. “We also have a good hill to sled on, so having that time with the kids to run around in the snow and then drink hot chocolate — or whatever the grown-ups are going to drink after — it’s just a special time of year.”

For Kaye, who is a notorious homebody, life doesn’t get much better. “I just love hanging out with my kids and my wife (Susan Haskell; Marty, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) and my puppies,” he declared.
