Watch the Stars Show off Their Football Skills Backstage at Y&R!

She’s done it again! Lauralee Bell (Christine) has put together another fantastic backstage video featuring her castmates from THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS! This time, it’s in preparation for Super Bowl LVIII! “Some of the cast of Y&R are getting their ‘throws on’ in the anticipation and excitement of this Sunday’s Super Bowl. This is for the fans! We love you!”

Set to “Let’s Get It Started” by The Black Eyed Peas, Bell’s video kicks off with the actress showing off her eye black (one of which reads “young” and the other “restless” before tossing a football around in her dressing room. She then tosses it off camera and the video then cuts to Colleen Zenk (Jordan) in the hallway of the studio catching it!

From there, each actor tosses the football down the hall and the editing makes it look like it’s caught by another co-star! Highlights include end zone dances from Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) and Sean Dominic (Nate), Bryton James (Devon) showing off by deftly spinning the ball in the palm of his hand, Melissa Ordway’s (Abby) daughters, Olivia and Sophie, cheering their mom on, and Eric Braeden (Victor) showing he can really throw a football!

The whole video concludes with Joshua Morrow (Nick) catching the ball and then spiking it on the ground and doing a victory dance of his own to bring it to a triumphant ending. “I knew I could count on him!” Bell laughed.

Bell has been shooting and editing these behind-the-scenes videos for a while now, starting with asking her co-stars to dance for the fans as part of the Y&R 50th anniversary celebration back in March 2023. She has also shared a backstage peek at a Y&R fan event and most recently, hilariously scared her castmates with a noisemaker for New Year’s!
