Viron Weaver Celebrates His GENERAL HOSPITAL Anniversary!

Please join us in wishing Viron Weaver a very happy anniversary! The talented little boy is celebrating his second year as Wiley on GENERAL HOSPITAL

“It’s been two years since my GH adventure began!” Weaver (well, his parents) shared on Instagram on Nov. 7 with a series of photos from his time at the soap. “I’m so happy and thrilled to be a part of this great show. I love my GH family and everyone has been so supportive and kind to work with. Thank you so much for all the memories!”

Wiley was originally played by twins Erik and Theo Olson from the character’s birth in 2018 until September 2021 when the Olson family moved to Europe and the role had to be recast. Caleb and Kyler Ends, who had previously played Maxie and Nathan’s son, James West, stepped in for a couple of months before Weaver took over in December 2021. (Obviously, he’s celebrating his first day on set, not his first air date!)

The comments of Weaver’s Instagram post filled up with congratulatory wishes from fans and friends, as well as his fellow GH child stars Scarlett Brielle (Donna) and Ava and Grace Scarola (Avery), who both declared, “Happy two years!”

Wiley’s life has been non-stop drama since birth, having been the center of a baby switch storyline that saw him being raised by Brad and Lucas until the truth came out and Michael was able to regain custody of the son he thought he had lost. Now, Wiley is enjoying being raised by Michael and Willow alongside his new little sister, Ameila. Of course, he loves his grandma Nina, which causes his dad some problems as Michael can’t stand the woman!

Keep watching GH as Weaver continues to grow up in the role and to see what happens to Wiley next!
