The Locher Room is hosting a real-life couple for the GUIDING LIGHT live chat being held on Friday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m. ET at this YouTube link!

Jan Conklin joined GL as an intern in 1989, became Paul Rauch’s assistant in 1996, and under Ellen Wheeler became a producer through the soap’s cancelation in 2009. Ritchie Coster is a British actor best known to GL fans as playing Alfred Randall, the adopted father of Tom Pelphrey’s Jonathan. He also played Gabriel Frank on fellow CBS sudser AS THE WORLD TURNS.

Conklin and Coster first met in London in 1992 when she was a cocktail waitress and he was the bartender in a local pub and this year the couple will celebrate their 27th wedding anniversary. Between their real-life love story, her charity work, and his other film and television credits, these two will have plenty to talk about, so don’t miss it!
