Clint Howard Cast on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL!
A very familiar face is coming to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL — veteran actor Clint Howard is joining the cast of the long-running CBS soap for a pivotal role!
Deadline is reporting that Howard will be playing a homeless man named Tom who will provide clues to a big mystery. The actor is scheduled to begin taping on March 18, and his episodes are slated to air on Friday, April 26, and Monday, April 29.
The younger brother of Ron Howard, Clint started his career as a child actor in THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW which starred his big bro. His first major role was starring as Mark in the television series GENTLE BEN. The actor has also appeared as different characters in multiple different STAR TREK series over the course of his career. In addition to his work on television, viewers might also recognize Howard from films like Backdraft, Parenthood, Far and Away, Apollo 13, and EDtv.
B&B is not actually Howard’s daytime debut, however. Back in 1987, he appeared as Marshall in a few episodes of the NBC sudser SANTA BARBARA.
Now, what mystery could Tom be helping to solve? Could Sheila not actually be quite as dead as everyone seems to believe? Or is there something else nefarious going on? You’ll just have to stay tuned to find out!
