Kimberlin Brown Reveals Sheila’s Plans for Finn on B&B

Tags:

Sure, it was exciting for Sheila when the judge threw out her murder charge and set her free on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, but what really made the day extra special for her was getting a hug from her son, Finn! (Not that Liam or Steffy felt the same way about the embrace!)

“It’s something that she’s wanted all along and I think in her excitement and in that embrace with her son, the biggest surprise was when he embraced her back,” Kimberlin Brown told Soap Opera Digest about the moment. “That’s a big turning point, it feels like, for these two. You can’t deny the bond between a mother and her child. She has been saying that for a long time and now it looks like things are looking up.”

When Finn first learned that the notorious Sheila Carter was his biological mother, he only knew what others told him about her long list of crimes. But he experienced it firsthand when Sheila attempted to kill Steffy and stepping in to take the bullet himself nearly got himself killed!

B&B Finn Sheila Hug

Naturally, Steffy isn’t about to forget Sheila shooting her and Finn and leaving them to die in the alley behind Il Giardino, but Finn seems willing to give his mother a second chance. Especially since she just happened to be at the beach to save Kelly from drowning in the ocean waves while Finn’s back was turned! And now Sheila is convinced that a genuine relationship with her son is actually possible.

“I think Sheila can accomplish pretty much anything that she puts her mind to,” Brown declared, “and I think she’s definitely going to put her mind to fostering that relationship with her son.”

But how far will Sheila go to make that happen? Stay tuned to B&B to find out! (But first, vote in our online poll below to voice your opinion on the storyline!)
