Y&R’s Courtney Hope Shares Her Goals for 2022!
With the new year just hours away, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Courtney Hope (Sally) has set some goals for how she wants to make the next 12 months better than the last!
The actress teamed up with her childhood best friend, Stacey Alfano (who now works as a makeup artist on Y&R and THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL), to make a glow-up video on TikTok where the two beautiful ladies go from dressed in sweats to all glammed up for a night out on the town. When sharing the video on her Instagram page, Hope laid out her aspirations for the new year as she greets 2022 with her bestie.
Sharing her New Year’s resolutions, Hope explained that she has “more intentional focuses” in mind for the next year of her life. Listing her personal goals, Hope vowed to dance and laugh more often, and aim to do the things she’s been wanting to do. Some of the things on her to-do list? “Go on adventures more frequently and be present” and “plan more hangouts with loved ones.”
Hope also plans to focus on her personal growth in the new year. “Stretch and create more space in my life and body” and “strengthen my womanhood” are on the Emmy nominee’s list, as are honoring her voice and boundaries more often and spreading love more freely.
A big believer in the power of meditation and positive thinking, Hope intends to continue making that mind-body connection a priority in her life in 2022. “Focus on deep breathing, speak into existence all in desire, love myself more profoundly than ever before,” she wrote, ending her admirable list of new year’s goals that she hopes to “connect more to higher vibrations and meditate daily.”
