Meet Michelle Stafford’s Adorable New Puppy!
Please join us in welcoming the new addition to the family of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Michelle Stafford (Phyllis)! “Okay, it’s confirmed,” the actress shared on Instagram. “Now my house is a legit circus!”
In the photo, Stafford’s 11-year-old daughter, Natalia, and five-year-old son, Jameson, sitting on concrete stairs while cuddling with an adorable little puppy and looking absolutely delighted by their new family pet.
Fans and friends flooded the comments with love for the precious little pooch, and when Rena Sofer (Quinn, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) posted “Yay!!” Stafford replied by revealing to the animal lover and everyone else that this little guy was a rescue.
Stafford’s Y&R castmate Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) chimed in to suggest a name for the little guy. “Because he’s from Nashville, I think you should name him Nash,” she wrote. that’s a terrific suggestion, but unfortunately, he’s already got a name, and it’s Rufus! Christian LeBlanc (Michael, Y&R) revealed that bit of information when he shared a screenshot of his recent virtual visit to the Stafford home where the actress shared a glimpse of their sleeping puppy.
Rufus is absolutely adorable, and we can’t wait to see even more super-cute photos of the pup playing with Natalia and Jameson. And knowing Stafford, she’ll be sure to share her warts-and-all experience raising a puppy with all her social media followers, so who knows what kind of fun we’ll see! Looking forward to it all!
