Spend the Weekend With Y&R’s Melody Thomas Scott!

If you’re going to be in the upstate New York area this summer, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) would like to invite you to spend some time with her. She will be hosting four special events at Lily Dale Assembly from Friday, Aug. 9, through Sunday, Aug. 11.

“Lily Dale is not just a wonderfully tranquil little hamlet on Cassadaga Lakes in upstate New York,” Scott wrote on her official website, “it’s also on the National Register of Historic Places and includes the Leolyn Woods — an old growth forest with some trees dating back more than 200 years. In 1906, Lily Dale Assembly was formed there to further the science and philosophy of Spiritualism.”

Every summer, Lily Dale Assembly hosts nine weeks of seminars, workshops, and special events related to spirituality, meditation, Reiki healing, mediumship, and astrology, among other topics. Scott will be hosting four special events over that weekend in August.

First up on Friday, Aug. 9, is “Astrology & The Stars With Melody Thomas Scott,” where she and astrologer Cassandra Butler will co-host an evening of astrology, exploring all the zodiacal signs and an in-depth analysis of the actress’ astrological chart.

On Saturday, Aug. 10, there will be two events. First, “Always Young & Restless: An Evening With Melody Thomas Scott” where she will look back on her Hollywood career, complete with a slideshow and video clips celebrating her 45th anniversary on Y&R. Following that, there will be a special VIP Experience where fans will be able to chat one-on-one with the actress and get a picture with her. To ensure an intimate personal experience, only 60 tickets will be sold.

Then, to wind things up on Sunday, Aug. 11, there will be “Afternoon Tea & Physical Mediumship With Melody Thomas Scott.” This is the most exclusive event, with only 20 tickets being sold. Fans will join the actress in learning about physical mediumship and after enjoying some tea together, medium Mike Clevenger will read everyone’s tea leaves.
