Sally’s health crisis takes a turn in these THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL spoilers, and while she’s willing to confide in Katie, the redhead is insisting on keeping Wyatt completely in the dark. Is that really the best move?

Following her terrifying panic attack, Sally decides to listen to her body and seek medical attention. And at the hospital, she admits her fears to Katie. “I can’t pretend anymore,” she sighs. “I’m really worried that it might be something serious.”

But while Wyatt may have dumped her to go back to Flo, he still cares about Sally and hopes there’s nothing wrong with her. But when Katie suggests Sally fill him in, she refuses. “He is the last person that I want to know,” Sally insists. “Pity is the last thing that I need from him right now. Promise me you won’t say anything to him”

Katie is by Sally’s side as she sits in the doctor’s office to get her results. “Tell me the truth,” Sally says, the fear evident in her voice. What will the doctor’s diagnosis be?
