DAYS Alum Brock Kelly and Wife Adel Welcome a Baby Girl

Please join us in congratulating DAYS OF OUR LIVES alum Brock Kelly (ex-Evan), and his wife, Adel, on the birth of their first child! “After what seemed like an eternal 38 weeks, we were finally blessed with our beautiful baby, Adelina Valentina Kelly,” he shared on Instagram on Oct. 30. “Can’t believe I’m a girl dad.

“I’m more and more excited about this new role with each passing day,” Kelly continued. “Looks like we are going to be those embarrassing PDA parents from the beginning ’til the end. Mommy and Daddy love you to infinity and beyond, my little Valentina. My most important chapter yet.”

Naturally, the comments were full of fans and friends congratulating the new parents on their beautiful bundle of joy, including some of his former DAYS co-stars like Sal Stowers (Lani) and Paul Telfer (Xander).

Kelly and Adel have been married since December 2018, and he publicly revealed his wife’s pregnancy back in August when he shared some photos from their vacation. The second slide in his Instagram gallery showed Adel in a rocking chair with a very prominent baby bump!

Although best known for playing Evan Frears — aka Christian Maddox — on DAYS, Kelly actually first appeared on the NBC sudser back in 2005 in the recurring role of Josh, a coffee shop worker who dated Abby. After being revealed to be Jordan’s killer and the son of legendary supervillain Orpheus, Evan’s reign of terror came to an end when he was locked away in prison. So who knows if he might pop back up in Salem to cause more trouble in the future?

For now, it looks like Kelly and his wife are going to have their hands full with little Adelina, and we’ll just look forward to seeing more adorable baby pictures as we watch her grow up!
