DAYS OF OUR LIVES Preview: What’s Wrong With Paulina?

Emotions are running high this week on DAYS OF OUR LIVES as the holidays approach. Jada is missing her father but is also about to learn that her ex-husband is right around the corner! Plus, Xander and Sarah continue growing closer, Leo could change Nicole’s world forever, and Paulina has some bad news for Chanel!

Sitting down at the pub with Jada, Steve realizes why she’s in a funk. “It’s the anniversary of your dad’s passing,” he recalls. But as he gives her a comforting hug, Steve tries to offer her some words to cheer her spirit. “Your dad would be so proud of you,” he insists. Later, having drinks with Jada, Stephanie realizes she doesn’t know anything about her ex. “You got a pic?” she jokes. But as Jada pulls up a photo of her and her ex-husband, Stephanie doesn’t realize that it’s Everett!

Sarah tried to keep Xander away from their daughter, but could Victoria be what brings the estranged couple back together? “There’s so much history between us,” Sarah admits. “I’m getting all the familiar signals.” But will Xander and Sarah risk it all to give love another chance?

When Leo shows up on her doorstep, he’s one of the last people that Nicole wants to see. “My son is dead,” she angrily informs him. However, Leo offers: “But what if… that wasn’t true?” Would he really spill the beans so quickly?

After a romantic anniversary dinner with Johnny, Chanel is on Cloud Nine. “This is gonna be the best Christmas,” she enthuses to her mother. Unfortunately, Paulina has something to say that will bring her daughter crashing back down to Earth. “I’m afraid I have some bad news,” she confides. What could it be that has Paulina breaking down in tears and Chanel offering a supportive hug?
