Phelps is a Daytime Emmy Award-winning executive producer and has worked as an executive producer on six daytime dramas during her career — ANOTHER WORLD, GENERAL HOSPITAL, GUIDING LIGHT, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, SANTA BARBARA, and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS. She has been nominated for 15 Daytime Emmy Awards over the years and took home the gold 11 times.
