Another familiar face is coming to Port Charles! ALL MY CHILDREN star Eva LaRue is joining the cast of GENERAL HOSPITAL!

TV Line broke the news that LaRue will be playing the role of Natalia Rogers-Ramirez, the mother of Jacqueline Grace Lopez’s Blaze. Viewers can look forward to seeing the AMC alum make her debut in the episode airing on Monday, Feb. 26.

Blaze is currently involved in a romance with Kristina, although she has admitted that she’s never been completely open with her parents about her sexuality and also feared that it could impact her musical career. So we’ll just have to wait and see if Natalia truly disapproves of her daughter’s lifestyle or not. But suffice it to say, there is definitely some drama coming!

LaRue made her daytime debut back in 1993 as Dr. Maria Santos on AMC, and remained with the soap until 1997. She returned for another stint from 2002-05 and made a special appearance in 2010 for the soap’s 40th anniversary. In 2019 she joined the cast of CBS sudser THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS as Celeste Rosales for a short-term role that earned her the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Performer in 2020.

Stay tuned to see what kind of drama LaRue stirs up in Port Charles as Natalia!
