GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 4/16/21: Does Sonny Want His Memories Back?

Things are getting complicated in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Sasha and Brando try to figure out what they are, Laura and Ava are worried about Nikolas’ decision, Alexis tries to survive prison, Cyrus has hope, and Carly gets impatient as Nina asks “Mike” if he even wants to know who he really is.

Sasha’s conversation with Brando led to them giving in to the chemistry and having sex in the truck he was working on at the garage! But now what? “I just want to say something about last night,” Sasha admits. Could these two have a future together?

At the Savoy, Laura is concerned about Nikolas’ deal with Martin. “What did my son promise to you?” she demands to know. Meanwhile, at home, Ava is also worried her husband is getting in over his head. “I just don’t think this is the way to do it,” she warns. And as he continues to manipulate everyone around him, Cyrus is on top of the world. “Who knows,” he smiles at someone. “Maybe there’s hope for you and me?”

It looks like Alexis’ stretch behind bars is off to a rocky start when a rather intimidating Pentonville inmate glares at her in the gym. “Can I help you?” Alexis asks her. Will she be able to find a way to survive long enough to serve her sentence?

With Sonny still gone, Carly has taken charge and her patience is running thing. “No more waiting around,” she announces, irritated. And as Sonny continues to happily live his life as “Mike” living and working at the Tan-O, Nina wonders if he’s truly happy. “What if you could get yourself back?” she asks him. But has “Mike” given up on trying to regain his memories and return to his previous life? Could Sonny be gone forever?
