GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 4/23/21: Sonny to the Rescue!

There’s good news and bad news in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Curtis warns Laura to be careful, Cyrus gets suspicious, Molly has amazing news, Valentin and Brook Lynn go head to head over their unborn child, Carly explains things to Jason, and Nina tries to distract Jax as Sonny faces off with an armed criminal!

Laura finds herself caught between a rock and a hard place, and asks Curtis for advice. “If you want something from Cyrus,” he cautions, “he’s gonna want something in return.” Meanwhile, at the hospital, it looks like Cyrus isn’t confident in Britt’s ability to run the hospital the way he wants. “What are you doing?” he inquires.

Elsewhere at the hospital, T.J. is on duty when Molly tracks him down there and rushes into his arms. “Congratulate me!” she shouts happily as she embraces her husband. It’s nice to know that the Davis family finally has some good news to share!

Valentin visits his babymama at the Quartermaine mansion with his attorney by his side, and Michael is there to support Brook Lynn as the Cassadine makes his intentions very clear. “I have more than enough money to protect those rights,” Valentin reminds them. But is he talking about his ELQ voting rights? Or his parental rights towards the baby he thinks he’s having with Brook Lynn?

Now that Jason is in the hospital, Carly pays her BFF a visit to explain why Shawn shanked him in prison. “I’m sorry,” she whispers. “It was the only way.” Meanwhile, back at Pentonville, Shawn has a visitor to his cell. “It’s been a while,” he remarks with a slight smile.

Nina was stunned when Jax showed up in Nixon Falls, and when he insists on talking to her, she’s desperate to do it somewhere where he won’t catch sight of Sonny. “Let’s go somewhere else and do it,” she suggests. Meanwhile, back at the firehouse dance, an armed man with a bandanna over his face is holding the guests at gunpoint! And even though he doesn’t have his memories, even as “Mike,” Sonny steps up to take charge. “Whatever you’re doing, I advise against it,” he warns as he slowly approaches the gunman with his hands raised. Will the celebration turn into a tragedy?
