After being stabbed with the loaded syringe, Dante finally regains consciousness but seems disoriented. “Why am I here?” he asks, looking around his hospital room. Anna, who wants to find out exactly what the WSB did to the guy, asks, “Is there something you want to tell us?” But can she get the answers she’s after right now?
Meanwhile, Alexis was able to avoid the DWI charge by revealing the truth that Tracy framed her, but now she’s being charged with attempted murder for stabbing Dante with the syringe! “Bottom line it,” she tells Martin. But can the attorney figure out a way to keep Alexis out of prison?
Over coffee at the Metro Court, Peter questions Maxie’s loyalties. “Why are you defending him?” he asks. And at the hospital, Liz wonders aloud, “Who’s the real Peter August?” How much longer can Peter keep his crimes under wraps?
Frustrated at the lack of progress in locating his mother, Cyrus turns to Laura again for help in bringing the kidnapped woman home safely. “I want you to look at something,” he declares, handing her what looks like an envelope. But what can Laura actually do?
Still trying to keep her return to Port Charles hush hush, Obrecht continues to work towards bringing Peter down. “We must access your memories while there’s still time,” she informs someone. Is she talking to Franco, who has been hearing voices as his brain tumor returns? Because while Obrecht would naturally want to help save her good friend, Franco seems to think someone else could be his savior. “Maybe Kevin is my best hope,” he shrugs. Can someone figure out a way to save Franco’s life?
