General Hospital Spoilers 1/18/23: Carly Begs Forgiveness

The drama isn’t slowing down in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Anna and Valentin make a plan, Esme is confused, Spencer enlists an ally, Nina refuses to forget, Michael gets angry, and Carly asks Willow to forgive her. Which shouldn’t be a problem… Nina, on the other hand, will have a much tougher row to hoe!

As they look for a way to sneak into the Cassadine compound in Paris and rescue Lucy, Anna and Valentin put their heads together to come up with the perfect plan. “How do you want to play this?” he asks her. Can they figure out a way to get in and get out with Lucy safely?

Heather was all set to break out to murder Josslyn in Esme’s name when she saw her daughter brought into Spring Ridge! “Everything’s gonna be alright now,” she assures someone. But is it Ryan or Esme she’s talking to? Because with her amnesia, Esme doesn’t understand anything that’s happening. “Why do you care what happens to me?” she asks.

Spencer is determined to bring his father down and is pursuing custody of Nikolas and Esme’s baby as part of that master plan. Of course, he knows he’s going to need some help achieving his revenge, so he sits down to invite Ava to join him. “If I’m gonna go up against my father,” he notes, “I cannot do it alone.”

Nina is thrilled to be given the opportunity to help save the life of her daughter, even if Willow currently hates the very sight of her right now. “I have no intentions of forgetting,” she assures Sonny. But is she talking about Carly lying to her about another of her long-lost daughters, or something else?

Because Michael is still a little on edge about the entire situation with Willow getting this bad. “Call it what it is,” he argues. “It was revenge.” Is he unable to understand why his mother made the choices she did? Because Carly is desperate to have at least Willow understand. “Do you think you can find it in your heart to forgive me?” Carly asks, tears in her eyes.
