GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 1/8/21: Michael Has News About Sonny

Tensions are rising in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Chase reconnects with Willow, Laura blames Cyrus, Portia offers encouragement, Sam clashes with Peter, and Michael arrives with news from the police as Jordan questions Jason about a missing person!

Having decided to commit to her marriage to Michael, Willow was obviously shaken when spending time with Chase brought her feelings for the cop back to the surface. And as the pair share a meal together, Chase tries to explain his position. “That’s what I want for us,” he declares. “More than anything.” 

Cyrus is threatening to take revenge for his kidnapped mother but isn’t sure exactly who’s to blame for the abduction. But arguing with her newfound brother in the hospital corridor, Laura retorts that he need only look in the mirror. “You have no one to blame but yourself,” she snaps. 

Portia stops by the jail to have a little chat with Taggert. “Haven’t you earned the right to get your life back?” she asks him. But does he agree?

Peter’s actions have twigged Sam’s suspicions again. “Where are you going in such a hurry?” she wonders, holding out her hand to stop him from brushing past her to exit the Metro Court. Peter is desperate to keep his tracks covered, but will all his efforts end up exposing himself in the end?

Michael arrives at the Corinthos compound with an update for Carly. As Sasha looks on, Michael announces, “I heard from the New Jersey State Police.” And judging from his face, the news isn’t good! Meanwhile, the PCPD is questioning Jason, who naturally has attorney Diane by his side. “Cyrus Renault’s mother’s gone missing,” Jordan reports. “Any thoughts?”
