General Hospital Spoilers 3/17/22: Is the Real Sonny Coming Back?

The drama explodes in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Portia worries about her daughter as Trina gives Spencer an ultimatum, Sam and Dante monitor as Drew meets with Victor, and Britt apologizes to Carly as Nina begins to realize she doesn’t know Sonny at all!

After hearing all about Trina being accused of leaking the sex tape of Cam and Joss, Portia is seriously worried about her daughter’s circle of friends. “And I hope I can protect her before it’s too late,” she admits to Curtis. However, Trina is more than capable of taking care of herself, and visits Spencer in Spring Ridge to put things straight. “You want to prove that you care?’ she declares. “Leave your girlfriend.” But is Spencer willing to cut Esme loose?

In a surveillance van, Drew and Sam are preparing to monitor the meeting between Drew and Victor, but things don’t seem to be going according to plan. “We don’t have any time!” Sam complains. Meanwhile, on the footbridge, Victor thinks he has the tarot card to activate Drew’s conditioning and Drew is going along with the ruse… for now. “If this meeting goes sideways, who’s going to protect him?” he asks Victor.

At the hospital, Britt puts her foot in her mouth with Carly. “I’m sorry,” the doctor apologizes. “I thought you knew.”

Visiting Sonny’s penthouse, Nina discovers that her feelings for the mobster are more complicated than she could ever have anticipated. “You know me,” Sonny insists. But she realizes that she actually has no idea who she’s fallen in love with. “No!” Nina cries. “I knew Mike!” Is the real Sonny Corinthos on his way back?
