General Hospital Spoilers 3/18/22: Esme Blasts Spencer!

Things are getting heated in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! TJ offers Jordan some backup, Shawn has some advice for Alexis, Sam and Dante make plans, Nina meets with Harmony, Michael loses his temper, Carly is optimistic, and Esme gives Spencer a piece of her mind. Watch out!

Jordan is still trying to get rid of the tabloid reporter bugging her for a comment on the sex tape investigation when TJ approaches. “What is going on?” he asks his mother. Jordan plasters on a forced smile and admits, “That’s what I’m trying to figure out.”

Shawn may be on his way out of Port Charles but he and Alexis still have some things to discuss. “See, now you’re just playing dirty,” he teases as she grins back at him.

Their attempt to trap Victor may haven’t gone completely according to plan, but Sam suggests to Dante that they still have options to learn more. “I think it’s a mistake not to utilize Spinelli,” she argues. Will he agree?

Still unable to get Michael and Willow to let her see Wiley, it looks like Nina is going to see if Harmony can succeed where Sonny failed. “What if I told you we could change that?” she offers. But will Harmony risk upsetting her daughter by interceding on Nina’s behalf?

At the hospital, Willow is standing in the elevator holding the doors watching an impatient Michael lose his temper with someone in the hall. “Start talking, because my patience is running thin,” he grumbles, irritated.

Carly felt bad when she thought she was protecting Drew from Victor by recording their conversation on her phone only to find out she had interrupted the sting he’d set up with Sam and Dante. But she still thinks things could be okay. “You never know when it may come in handy,” she smiles.

Esme has been doing nothing but lying and manipulating Spencer since they first met, and the poor kid just keeps falling for it every time. After her boyfriend’s heartfelt conversation with Trina, Esme is furious that he still hasn’t cut her out of his life. “I am finally calling you out with the truth!” she shouts.
