Days of Our Lives Spoilers — Is Marlena Really Dead?

Marlena has another brush with death in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers, but this time, escaping the great beyond may not be so easy! Perhaps someone from Salem’s history can help her fight for her life?

Determined to get rid of Marlena so she can have John for herself, Diana was delighted to discover that the doctor is seriously allergic to penicillin. She injects the drug into some macarons that are then delivered to Marlena’s office. And when John walks into the room and discovers his wife laying unconscious on the floor, it looks as though Diana’s wicked plan has worked!

However, when Marlena awakens, she discovers that her spirit is in “a better place.” And even more surprising, a very familiar face strides through the door to greet her! “Tony?!” she gasps upon seeing him. However, seeing the late Tony DiMera is not really a good sign, as Marlena will soon come to realize! “The soul has left its body,” Tony warns. “There’s no going back.” Has Diana gotten her wish, or can Marlena figure out a way to get back to the land of the living?
