Daniel McVicar Visits THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL!

Tags:

A familiar face paid a visit to the CBS studios to visit the set of THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL — former star Daniel McVicar (ex-Clarke)! John McCook (Eric) shared the happy reunion when he posted a selfie of himself with McVicar and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) on Instagram.

“Dan McVicar came to B&B today!” McCook enthused. “Made me miss Bobbie Eakes (ex-Macy) and Darlene Conley (ex-Sally) in a really big way… great to see him!”

McVicar played the role of Spectra fashion designer Clarke Garrison from 1987 until 2009, often alongside Conley’s Sally Spectra and Eakes’ Macy Alexander. Naturally, the comments on McCook’s post filled up with love from fans and friends alike who were excited to see the old friends reunited.

“Ah, John, it was marvelous to see you and Kelly,” McVicar declared. “Thanks to [supervising producer] Casey Kasprzyk and B&B!” Eakes chimed in to share the love. “I sure do miss you, too!” she told McCook. “And John, I’m doing our duet in an upcoming show so I think about you every day when rehearsing.”

Heck, even McCook’s wife, Laurette got in on the action, writing: “Sending love and hugs to you and [your son] Pietro, sweet Dan. You are so missed.”

McVicar relocated to Italy back in 2007 and has appeared in numerous Italian films and television series as well as American productions. Most recently, the actor could be seen in the films Doldato Sotto La Luna, The Magic Penguin, and Oltre as well as the second season of SPORT CRIME. McVicar was also the president of the inaugural Sorrento Film and Food Festival in January 2023.

Now, if only McVicar was on the set for more than just a friendly visit so we could see Clarke visiting the Forresters as well!
