Watch Elizabeth Hendrickson’s Daughter Make Her TV Debut!
Little Josephine James Meder made her first television appearance! At just three weeks old, the daughter of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe) and husband Rob Meder appeared with mommy in a segment on the April 20 episode of ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT being interviewed by host Matt Cohen, who played Griffin opposite her Margaux on ABC’s GENERAL HOSPITAL.
Hendrickson showed off their little bundle of joy who was born on March 27 and revealed that they call her “JJ” or “JoJo.” But the infant didn’t appear as camera-ready as her folks as she started crying as she was introduced to Cohen. The new mom showed off the nursery and the closet full of baby clothes. “We’re pretty stocked up,” she admitted.
Y&R wrote Hendrickson’s pregnancy into the soap, and on the April 21 episode they will air Chloe’s baby shower, shot five weeks ago just before they shut down production temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic. “There’s no date for Y&R to come back,” Cohen noted. “What does the future look like? Do you have any ideas on that?” Via webcam from her home, Hendrickson replied, “No, I have no idea” before laughing as she added, “I mean, I love Greg [Rikaart, Kevin] but we know that love scenes on soaps are just the worst, right? So, if they’re gonna cut those, I’m totally fine with it!”
