THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Preview: Victor Delivers Bad News!

There’s big trouble brewing this week on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS! Jack steps in to try and keep Nikki on track, Chance toasts to the new Summer, Nate wants the truth from Audra, and Victor has some bad news for Nick and Victoria!

Since Jordan knocked her off the wagon, Nikki has been struggling to get back on and it’s only becoming more and more difficult as time goes on. “My whole life is spiraling out of control,” she cries, “and it’s my fault!” Having promised to take over for her sponsor, Jack interrupts to promise: “We will fix this.” And he might just have a solution for her. “As a matter of fact,” he declares, “I have an idea.” What might he have in mind?

Out for a dinner date with Chance, Summer’s smile lights up the room. “Something’s lifted for me,” she confides happily. “I feel… lighter.” Chance smiles and lifts his coffee cup for a toast. “Cheers to that,” he responds. Summer lifts her own cup and laughs. Three guesses about what’s got her in such a good mood — and the first two don’t count!

Sitting down with Nate for a drink at Society, Audra is in a foul mood. “You didn’t quit, did you?” he asks her. “Nikki fired you.” Audra has always been particularly focused on success but can she figure out a way to rebound from this?

Victor summons Victoria and Nick to his office at Newman to deliver some potentially upsetting news. “My security team called me last night,” he reports. “They told me that there was a huge fire at the institution where Jordan was incarcerated.” Nick shoots Victoria a look as she says: “Meaning that Jordan could be dead or she could be out there again. Ready to do God knows what!”

This preview will give you a good idea of all the drama you can expect to see on Y&R this week!
