A life hangs in the balance this week on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS when Chance takes a bullet! Will he pull through?
Mariah and Tessa sit down with Sharon at Crimson Lights to offer an update on their daughter as well as how they’re coping. “Ever since Aria got fitted for her hearing aids we’ve been waiting on pins and needles for them to come in,” Mariah admits. Tessa adds, “And now that they’re here and Aria can have them put in…” Mariah concluded: “We’re… terrified.” Can Sharon reassure the nervous moms that everything’s going to be okay?
Victor summons the entire Newman family — including Nate — in his office where he has an important announcement to make. “The time has come…” he declares, “to tell you all the truth.” Nikki takes a deep breath as Nick eyes Adam. But is Victor going to actually come clean or is this just the next step in his plan to smoke out the traitor?
While out with Christine at Society, Nina’s phone rings and she’s concerned to see that it’s the hospital. “This is Nina Webster,” she says into her cell. “Yes, I’m his mother.” Suddenly, her face falls and she rushes to her feet. “How bad is it?” she asks, her voice thick with emotion.
After telling Christine that Chance has been shot, Nina rushes to the hospital to be with her son. “I just want him to open his eyes,” she begs. But Chance’s crisis could also cause some drama for the other women in his life. “I can’t bear the thought of losing you,” Summer confesses as she sits by his bedside. And when Sharon arrives to visit Chance, she’s surprised to see her sitting there. Awkward!
