Laura Wright Shares a Birthday Wish for Wes Ramsey

On Oct. 6, GENERAL HOSPITAL star Laura Wright (Carly) began her day with a post on Instagram celebrating the birthday of her real-life love, Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter)! “You sure are loved and I sure am grateful to be on this journey with you,” the actress wrote to her longtime partner. “Happy, Happy Birthday, Baby! Here’s to another ride around the sun. Love you.”

Ramsey and Wright first met back in 2001 when he was cast as Sam Spencer on the CBS soap GUIDING LIGHT, where she was playing Cassie Layne. But it wasn’t until the pair unexpectedly ran into each other more than 16 years later at a Daytime Emmy Awards party in 2017 that a romance blossomed between them. The madly-in-love couple celebrated their sixth anniversary back in April and frequently post pictures of their beautiful life together.
