Soaps In Depth is teaming up with GENERAL HOSPITAL star Steve Burton (Jason) and his personal trainer Jon Gustin — who just happens to be his brother-in-law! — to help our readers and GH fans change their lives! Starting in March, In Depth will be featuring a regular column where Gustin — with a little help from Burton — answers your fitness questions!

A fitness and nutrition enthusiast, Gustin has been seen on the E! reality series DIRTY SOAP and trains several daytime stars. He is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, an ISSA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, is a certified Kettlebell teacher and an EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute) trainer. His simple goal? To help people go through the same life-changing experience and feel better about themselves, just the way he did!
