DAYS OF OUR LIVES Preview: Family Feud!

The drama explodes this week on DAYS OF OUR LIVES! As Holly lingers in a coma, Brady is desperate to get Tate out of prison even as EJ insists on blaming the boy for Holly’s overdose. But could Lucas be the key to revealing the truth and stopping Clyde?

At the hospital, Maggie attempts to comfort a distraught Nicole as Holly remains in a coma following her overdose on New Year’s Eve. “My heart aches for my precious granddaughter,” Maggie cries. Meanwhile, Sloan is feeling even guiltier about having stolen Nicole’s baby. “Nicole may now lose her surviving child to a drug overdose,” she reveals to Melinda. 

Theresa and Brady visit Tate in prison and are horrified to see that he’s been beaten. “My son is in a jail cell,” Brady grumbles. “And he’s gonna be tried as an adult!” With Alex in Theresa’s ear, she’s changed her mind about Justin representing Tate, and though Brady tries, Justin angrily declares: “I’m out!” 

EJ is determined to blame Tate for Holly’s overdose, and Nicole naturally finds it hard to believe her daughter could be to blame for what happened. So when Brady stops by the mansion to try and talk to them, things go south pretty quickly. “How dare you talk about my daughter like that?!” Nicole shouts.

Chad has his own suspicions, and questions Ava and Stefan about the drug trade in Salem of late. “Are the DiMeras involved in this?” he asks them. Meanwhile, Harris has a plan but needs Kate’s help to make it happen. “How would you like to get Lucas out of prison,” he offers. But Kate knows how dangerous this could be and needs some assurances first. “If he gets caught,” she worries, “he could die.”
