Catch up With Soap Star Sarah Joy Brown

Emmy Award-winning actress Sarah Joy Brown will be sitting down for a special live interview in The Locher Room on Thursday, Jan. 13, at 3 p.m. ET to look back at her incredible career.

Brown’s show business career kicked off when she was just 19 and she landed a starring role on the kids’ sci-fi series V.R. TROOPERS. Two years later, she was cast on GENERAL HOSPITAL to originate the role of Carly Benson. In her five years with the soap, she was nominated for four Daytime Emmy Awards and took home three. Outside of daytime, the actress was a series regular on the primetime drama COLD CASE and also co-starred in the movie Big Momma’s House with Martin Lawrence.

In 2008, Brown returned to GH in the newly-created role of villainess Claudia Zacchara and earned another Emmy nomination. Daytime fans will also remember her roles as Julia Larrabee on AS THE WORLD TURNS, Agnes Jones on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, and Madison James on DAYS OF OUR LIVES. She can currently be seen in the Emmy-winning streaming series STUDIO CITY, which earned her yet another Emmy nod in 2021. She has also recently transitioned into directing and has been helming the audio drama series RED RIDING HOODS. She’ll have plenty to talk about, so don’t miss it!
